People of the State are indebted to Kempegowda for building Bengaluru

Mysuru: It was Nadaprabhu Kempegowda who had envisioned to build Bengaluru into a beautiful City. He had secured the borders to provide a safe environment for the people, observed Srivatsa, BJP Mysuru City Unit president.
He was speaking at the 511st Kempegowda Jayanthi at the party office in Chamarajapuram here on Saturday. Paying his tributes to Kempegowda, Srivatsa said Kempegowda had ensured that women were respected.
“Kempegowda’s contribution to Bengaluru is immense. As a result, today, Bengaluru, has generated lakhs of job opportunities. People of the State are indebted to him,” Srivatsa said.
He further said that Kempegowda was not a leader of a particular community.
On the occasion, party City unit general secretary Phanish, HG Giridhar, party rural unit leader Rajkumar, Corporators Lakshmi Madegowda, Pramila Bharat and Lakshmidevi, Gokul Govardhan, Jayaprakash, Hema Nandish, Pradip, Pailwan Ravi, Veda, Neha, Nayana, BM Raghu, Nanigowda, Kartik and Raviteja were present.
