Nikhil Kumaraswamy will win by big margin: BJP MP Tejasvi Surya

Ramanagara: Bangalore South BJP MP Tejasvi Surya campaigned for NDA candidate for Channapatna Assembly by-election Nikhil Kumaraswamy in several areas of Channapatna city, including Chikkamaluru, Mangalavara Pete, Maraluhola, 8th Cross Circle, Bhairava Shop, Tamil Colony, Kempegowda Circle and Kote Circle, on Sunday.

Speaking at the campaign event, the MP Surya said, “This is a special election meeting for me because I am serving in the Lok Sabha as an MP due to the blessings of the esteemed Deve Gowda family and my constituency’s voters.”

Became MP with Deve Gowda’s blessings

“The esteemed former Prime Minister Deve Gowda and MP Dr C N Manjunath cast their votes for me in Padmanabhanagar. Nikhil’s entire family votes for us in Jayanagar. I have come here for the victory of Nikhil Kumaraswamy,” he stated.

“I requested Nikhil to attend and inaugurate my nomination rally, to start my campaign. On the day of H D Kumaraswamy’s nomination filing, he came and inaugurated my rally, despite his busy schedule. Today, with his support, I entered the Lok Sabha with a victory margin of 2,90,000 votes,” he said.

“H D Kumaraswamy also campaigned for two days. Wherever he campaigned, I won with a significant majority in those two constituencies. After my first speech in the Lok Sabha, the first call I received the next day was from the honourable former PM Deve Gowda, who blessed me and assured me that we are all walking the path he set,” he shared.

“I appeal to the youth, Nikhil Kumaraswamy is a young leader who has come with dreams of bringing great development to the constituency and society. Elect him and I assure you, he will win this by-election with a margin of 50,000 votes,” he predicted.

“In the coming days, he will work as the voice of youth in the Karnataka Assembly. Kumaranna as a Union Minister and Nikhil as an MLA will create jobs for the local youths, bringing in multiple factories and completing all developmental works. I request everyone to ensure Nikhil’s victory,” he appealed.
