Mysuru: In a bid to enhance public safety and ensure uninterrupted power supply, the Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) has reiterated its commitment to addressing power-related issues promptly.
The utility provider has urged residents and farmers to report electrical hazards such as broken or leaning electric poles, sagging or snapped power lines, and malfunctioning transformers by contacting its toll-free helpline at 1912.
CESC emphasised that power safety and customer service are its top priorities, urging the public to act swiftly in reporting potential dangers to prevent accidents or outages.
Upon receiving complaints, the helpline assures prompt action by deploying technical teams to resolve the reported issues.
The Cesc also highlighted the importance of public participation in maintaining electrical infrastructure and ensuring safety in rural and urban areas alike.
