AAP Mysuru women’s wing hosts special Iftar party

Mysuru: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Mysore district women’s wing organised a special ladies only Iftar party at its Rajiv Nagar office in the city on Friday.
Dharmashree, vice-president of AAP District Women’s wing was the host.
In her address at the party, Dharmashree explained how AAP stands distinctly apart in building leadership qualities among the party workers rather than relying on the imported leaders like the practice prevalent in other parties.
The women especially should think about how the education has been made more affordable at government schools in AAP ruled Delhi on par with private schools, she added.
AAP Mysuru district unit President Malavika Gubbivani gave a call to women to start discussing about politics that is inclusive of Bills and policies related to common man”.
Though Iftar parties are common these days, the Ladies Only party had something special to offer.
Several women, along with District Women’s Wing President Usha Sampathkumar, AAP district President Malavika Gubbivani attended the party, according to G R Vidyaranya AAP Mysuru Media Coordinator.
