Actor Darshan Thoogudeepa adds rare Kankrej breed of cattle to his Mysuru farm

Mysuru: Sandalwood actor Challenging Star Darshan Thoogudeepa known for his love for animals has recently added a rare breed of cattle to his farm in the outskirts of Mysuru.

The actor has got a pair of rare Kankrej cattle, which are now housed in his Vinish Darshan Farm on Mysuru- T Narsipur road.

Kankrej cattle are known for their exceptional features and are considered one of the rarest breeds in India. Originating from the Rann of Kutch in Gujarat, these cattle possess distinctive lyre-shaped horns and pendulous ears.

Darshan during a visit to Penukonda Ghoshala in Andhra Pradesh, came across Kankrej breed and was captivated by them, ultimately deciding to take a pair of cattle for his farm in Mysuru.

Accompanied by his devoted fans Amith Kishan and Ashrith Kishan, Darshan visited the Hebbevu Ghoshala in Andhra Pradesh. It was a shared passion for cattle care that brought them together on this endeavour.

Darshan’s commitment for cattle is unwavering, as he possesses extensive knowledge about their care from A to Z.

He regularly celebrates Sankranti festival with cattle, demonstrating his profound respect for these animals.
