Mysuru: The Annual General Body Meeting of century old The Graduates Cooperative Bank Limited, Chamaraja double road, for the year 2023-24, was held at the Centenary Hall of Maharaja’s College in the city on Sunday.
The meeting was conducted under the Chairmanship of the bank’s President N Srinivas.
He answered the queries raised by the members of the bank related to the nomination of professional directors to the management committee of the bank, conducting talent award for meritorious students of SSLC and PUC exams during the AGB, non- disbursal of dividend, advancement and repayment of loans among several other issues.
Separate counters had been opened to distribute sweets to the members of the bank.
Vice- President of the bank Sujatha Venkataraju and Directors T S Ravishankar, M A Hemalatha, K G Satish, S N Jagadish, Dr K V Lakshmidevi, C Kamalamma, Dr Sujatha S Rao, L Somanna and Varalakshmi R, Professional Directors Rajaram M S and R Devaraj and acting Manager T V Mahesh were present.
