Covid-19: Seven new positive cases reported in district

Mysuru: Seven new cases of Covid 19 were confirmed and among them, five had a history of travelling inter state.
On Wednesday, the department of Health and Family welfare released health bulletin confirming seven positive Covid -19 cases. According to the release, four returned from Tamil Nadu, one from Bengaluru (KSRP personnel) and another person was a contact of P-9569.
In Mysuru, the total number of positive cases stood at 198 and 122 have been discharged. On Wednesday, (June 24) 10 persons were discharged reducing the active cases to 76.
Today, the district administration has declared three containment zones – Hebbal 1st stage, B K Street, Devaraja Mohalla and 11th main 3rd stage, Dattagalli.
