Mysuru: For the welfare of Karnataka, my father, Siddaramaiah should be made the chief minister, said his son Dr Yatindra Siddaramaiah.
As Siddaramaiah was marching ahead against BJP’s V Somanna in Varuna, that had witnessed high-voltage fight, Dr Yatindra Siddaramaiah spoke to a news portal and said that the Congress will gain majority and will form the government. “My father will in Varuna and Congress will form government,” he hoped.
“As a son, I want him to be the chief minister and as a citizen of the State, his rule as a chief minister was commendable. If given a chance again, he will put an end to BJP’s corruption and poor administration. So, for the welfare of the State, he should become the chief minister,” he added.
