Gang rape case! Mysuru police file 1499 pages charge sheet at second JMFC court

Mysuru: Mysuru City Police have filed a charge sheet of 1499 pages against six accused in the gangrape case of a girl student in the city.
While the name of one out of the seven accused in the case has been dropped out from the charge sheet.
On August 24 Mysuru was shocked by the gang rape of MBA student near Lalithadripura.
The charge sheet has been filed at second JMFC court. It is also mentioned about the six accused who raped the girl and threatened the victim demanding Rs three lakh money.
The very case had posed a challenge for the city police. After days of intense search, police tracked clues and nabbed the accused from Tirpur bordering Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Alanahalli police have booked the accused under IPC sections 397, 376 B, 120B, 334, 325 and 326.
