Go for lockdown only as final option, PM Narendra Modi’s advise to States

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday appealed to States to use lockdown only as the final and last option, in the fight against Novel Coronavirus.
Addressing the nation, Modi however insisted on focusing more on micro containment zones to check the spread of the virus.
Saying that the country should avoid recurrence of lockdown like situation, Modi reiterated that the measures are taken to provide Covid vaccines to help the people in their fight against Covid-19.
