Goat killed in leopard attack in Hunsur

Mysuru: A leopard killed a goat near Kikkeri Matte village in Hunsur taluk on Saturday.
The village which is in the fringes of Nagarahole forests has been witnessing wild animals straying into the village. Villagers are living in fear as the incidents have risen in the recent years and the forest officials have not done anything to address it.
After people complained, Hunsur division RFO Siddaraju visited the spot and assured the people of some immediate measures to protect them and their livestock.
