Hankering for global peace and development

Mysuru: A dream that all the countries in the world would live in harmony and a wish to cherish the mother earth by living peacefully, continues longing along with our lives which is fading day to day.

 

The recent events in Ukraine and Russia, a malicious war, divided the world into two teams. 

 

With scenarios like these it becomes increasingly important to anchor our focus on Global peace and development. As per the Global Peace Index 2022, India has been ranked in 135th position which is very disappointing. India is known for its hospitality and friendliness, but gradually it’s fading away.

 

People need to understand the value of peace and maintain it between the states, in their neighbourhood, among friends and family.

 

Globalisation must be encouraged as people would interact more with each other and build good relationships, tourism must be promoted and equal representation of nations plays a crucial role in achieving the dream of Global peace and development.
