KSCST 43rd Series Student Project Programme! GSSSIETW students bag award

Mysuru: The students of Geeta Shishu Shikshana Sangha Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women (GSSSIETW) Mysuru have won award for their project at KSCST – 43rd Series Student Project Programme for 2019-2020.
The project entitled “Design and Development of a Sensor Based Jacket for Women’s Safety using IoT” by Aishwarya C J, Bhavana S, Chaithra M and Anusha R guided by Dr. Gururaj K S, Associate Professor, Department of CSE, was awarded as the Best Project in Computer Science and Engineering Streamwith a cash award for each student and to the Project Guide.
This project was carried out in-house with the facilities created in the Smart Systems and IoT Laboratory sponsored by VGST, Government of Karnataka.
The management, principal and faculty of CSE Department appreciated the students’ effort for winning in the Project Competition organized by KSCST, according to Mahanthesh U, Assistant Professor, Department of ECE, GSSSIETW, Mysuru.
