Lack of streetlight, newly opened bar add to civic woes

Mysuru: The road leading to the apartment “Mittal Pride” in Vidyaranyapuram in the city, has a restaurant and bar, newly opened which is a center for many people to gather and drink especially during the late evening.
Many complaints have come from the residents of the apartment as they need to pass through that bar to reach their place, especially women and children who find it difficult during the night.
There is no streetlight in the entire road. If street lights are installed, it would be very helpful and everyone would feel safe.
