Late JDS leader Shivabasappa’s daughter-in-law passes away

Mysuru: Mamatha wife of H S Rudraswamy (Prakash) passed away due to brief illness.
The mortal remains will be kept at their residence at Lakshmipuram in the city till 10 am for friends and relatives to pay their last respects.
Rudraswamy is the son of late JDS leader S Shivabasappa who had contested against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in the high voltage Chamundeshwari by-election, losing by a wafer thin margin of 257 votes.
Rudraswamy who is a class-1 contractor, is the owner of Jagadamba Petrol Bunk, Kuvempunagar in the city.
The last rites of Mamatha will be conducted at their native Someshwarapura (Sollepura), 12.30 pm onwards.
