Retired Medical Superintendent of PKTB & CD Hospital Dr Sadadev no more

Mysuru: Dr M Sadadev retired Professor and Medical Superintendent ofPrincess Krishnajammanni Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases (PKTB and CD) Hospital, KRS road in the city passed away on Sunday. He was 79.
According to sources close to the family, Dr Sadadev died of heart attack at his residence on Contour road, Gokulam.
He had served for the cause of TB patients for 50 years.
Following his retirement from service, Dr Sadadev had worked for sometime at K S Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru for sometime.
Every week he was regularly visiting the Tibetan colonies at Gurupura and Bylakuppe in Periyapatna to treat the patients.
Considering the service, Tibetan Spiritual leader Dalai Lama had felicitated Dr Sadadev.
He is survived by two daughters and brother.
The last rites will be conducted on Monday at Veerashaiva- Lingayat Burial Ground, Vidyaranyapuram in the city at 12.30 pm.
