Seva Sindhu counter opened at Safe Wheels office
1 min readMysuru: MLA S A Ramadass on Tuesday inaugurated Seva Sindhu counter at the office of Safe Wheels, in Saraswathipuram in the city.
Ramadass said “following lockdown most of the working community lost their daily earnings. To help them, both state and central governments announced packages to boost the morale of cab drivers, launderer, autorickshaw drivers and others. The Seva Sindhu application portal helps thousands of people like them to avail of the benefit”.
As per the state government Rs 5,000 one time assistance is announced by Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa. In this wake, we have managed to collect information in all the 19 wards under K R Assembly Constituency. Around 18,000 people mostly drivers are given necessary information to tap the benefit.
The aadhaar number and badge details will be collected to get state government’s benefit.
Mysore Travel Association’s B S Prashanth, Drivers Association President Nagaraj and others were present.
