Siddaramaiah close to victory, visits counting centre in Varuna

Mysuru: As the news of his winning became clear, Congress candidate Siddaramaiah visited counting centre in Varuna on Saturday. He clearly won over BJP’s V Somanna. Varuna had become a high-voltage constituency considering Siddaramaiah and Somanna’s candidature.
From calling him an outsider to a scapegoat, Siddaramaiah had made his fight tough for Varuna. BJP’s tall leaders including Amit Shah had campaigned for Varuna asking the voters to vote for change.
