Sisters die after slipping into farm pond in Gundlupet taluk

Gundlupet: Two sisters aged 13 and 11 years respectively met their tragic end after falling into a farm pond at Kebbepura village in the taluk on Tuesday.
Pooja (13) and Punya (11) daughters of Rechappa and Veda couple are those two unfortunate girls. While Pooja was studying class eight at Hundipura, Punya was studying class six at Kebbepura.
They were playing in the farm when they accidentally slipped into the pond and drowned, it is said.
