Chamarajanagar: Congress candidate C Puttarangashetty won the Chamarajanagar Assembly seat over BJP’s V Somanna with a margin of 10,000 votes.
In Kollegal constituency, BJP’s N Mahesh lost to Congress’ A R Krishnamurthy, who will enter Vidhana Soudha after two decades as MLA.
In Gundlupet, Congress candidate HM Ganesh Prasad is inching towards victory, while BJP candidate CS Niranjan Kumar is trailing.
