SSLC exams! Students follow safety procedures at exam centres in Mysuru

Mysuru: Minutes left for the SSLC exams to start and students at several exam centres are aptly following the safety norms.
At Marimallappa’s High School in the city, separate boxes have been drawn outside the compound to ensure that the students maintain social distance while entering the centre.
Prior to that they have to complete safety procedures like wearing masks, hand sanitise and undergo thermal screening for temperature check. Two separate units are opened for the purpose. The health workers and nurses are engaged in performing the task.
To avoid last minute chaos and confusion the school authorities had intimated the students in advance. As many as 23 rooms are readied for the exams here.
Similar arrangements are in place at St Mary’s School on Ramanuja road in the city.
A total of 39,822 students have registered for the exams at 139 centres in the district.
