Two baby squirrels rescued from BRBNML quarters

Mysuru: Snake rescuer Kemparaju rescued two baby squirrels orphaned after its mother’s death recently.
According to Kemparaju “a squirrel was found dead due to electric shock near a meter board installed at the residential quarters of Bharateeya Reserve Bank Note Mudranalaya Limited ( BRBNML), Metagalli five days ago. The baby squirrels were just a day old and a cleaning staff brought this to my notice”.
Kemparaju said ” to ensure natural habitat, I brought home a part of the nest like structure built by the mother squirrel, as the babies require minimum humidity at the time of growth”.
While one has opened its eyes, another is yet to, added Kemparaju who is hand feeding them milk.
Kemparaju has plans to release them into nature after a few days.
