Two TN tourists drown in Hogenakkal waterfalls

Chamarajanagar: Two tourists from Tamil Nadu drowned at river Cauvery in Hogenakkal waterfalls in Karnataka- Tamil Nadu border on Sunday.
The deceased are Ajit (26) and Shabari (24).
A group of 15 tourists came to the falls after visiting Palani, Kodaikanal and M M Hills.
Two among them Ajit and Shabari drowned when they went to swim in the water. The friends of the duo later informed MM Hills police.
Police along with a team of expert divers succeeded in fishing out their bodies and brought them to river bank.
