Youth murdered over alleged love affair in Kalaburagi

Kalaburagi: A 24-year-old youth was allegedly murdered over a love affair at Ingalagi in Afzalpur taluk in the district on Sunday.
Chandrakanth was allegedly force fed poison and strangulated to death by two other youths believed be the brothers of the girl he was in love with, it is said.
Recently, Chandrakanth had eloped with the girl. However a week ago, the girl’s family members succeeded in convincing her and taking her back home. But the girl’s brothers who were seething in anger against Chadrakanth allegedly murdered him, it is alleged.
Police have registered a case.
